!First time watching this and it was a struggle to watch. Not really in the movie sense, but more like you can't find this on streaming services anywhere. But I found my way, and this movie was quite interesting. I only seen two of the actors in anything really. The peeping tom from 3 men and a baby (Jack), and the Antarean leader who later played in The Next Three Days." (Walter). After finishing the movie, this really got me thinking. about how humans can be so selfish. They took advantage of Walter's kindness. The 3 "olds"keteers get caught using the pool with cocoons, but Walter allows them to use it. They then bring their wives and soon the secret gets out. Team retirees head to the pool and use up all the energy that the cocoons needed for their trip back home. Mission Failed. After bringing back the cocoons to the ocean, Walter offers them to go to his home, where they will never grow old or die since there's space available. Again, thanks a lot old geezers! But it speaks more about who the Antareans are. They're just kind. Meanwhile, "Grandpa Selfish" tells his "I-have-no-friends-grandson" that him and grandma are going to leave you and your mom. A life already filled and with love, yet they want more. Kinda ruins what life means. What a tragedy... But my head cannon is that Walter wants to bring them back to Antarea, so he can teach retirees a lesson and either beat them up or enslave them for eternity for messing up their mission! hehe 😈 How's that for a plot twist! I can't wait to watch the sequel. #Classic ... But it got me thinking, after living a full life, would any of y'all go to another world where you can live forever?
